Castle in the Air

Let me dream.
Swim across my fears,
Glide over the highest clouds above,
And sway through the dusts of turbulence.
Thy when I wake up
I need not whisper
The sounds of a squealing monster;
Who forgot to breathe
Into the divinity of woods
Where the sun shone brighter
Than the soul of an angel
And scalded the skin
Like I have sinned!
Let me dream,
The tranquility of a prayer
When it echoes my ear
And I stand to worship;
Forgetfully to what I have to do
As I am made by my creator
And to Him shall I return;
As a new born imp
Who bears no sin
 And sleeps to dream;
The perpetuity of sacredness
Thou finds me
As I glean my spirituality
Just to dream

They Think I'm Insane

The shirt I wore
Torn to threads
Dearest from all the ones I have,
Used now for dusting my shelf.
What drudgery!
Gifted me the memories
I fondle up in the back of my mind
And remember occasionally
For now to smile like an idiot
As they think I’m crazy for reasons concealed
To anyone, but me.

Years in Seconds

For years together I wondered,
What is it to be a bird?
To fly like there’s no tomorrow!
To breathe like there’s no wind above me,
That would engulf my freedom of flight!
And when the sunlight gazes upon me
The sparkle in my eye shine,
Like those ivory carving in shrine.
To lapse down
And rise encore
With a grub in my nib
Scrumptious to my lust!
Sway with the wind again,
Flutter the world without boundaries.
Build my house with twigs;
Prudently chosen over the millions;
But by the arrow that shot me down,
Piercing through my wing,
Everything that is left of me is,

The thirst to fly again.
